On April 7th, I received a call from the county that Adam had been exposed to Covid and should quarantine. Larry and I had to let our work know due to strict protocol, so we were both sent home to quarantine too. Sounds great, right? No. I felt guilty and out of control. Larry was fine with it though. Ha ha ha!
Carson got groceries for us, but couldn't get Corona and White Claw since he isn't 21 yet. My Mom asked if we needed anything and the funny text conversation pictured below happened! She is the best Mom ever though and got what we needed. We were pretty lazy during our short quarantine, doing small projects here and there. We got lots of doggy cuddles and I admired the tulips. I also got Larry and I appointments for the Covid vaccine. Still trying to get Adam in (Carson got his first shot on 4/9 of the Moderna vaccine).
After Adam and I tested negative for Covid and my branch being severely short staffed I was released to go back the afternoon of April 13th. Larry went back April 14th. Luckily, we both got our first shot of the Pfizer vaccine on April 13th!
