Todos Santos Day Trip

I went to Todos Santos with the neighbor ladies yesterday.  We hired a driver so we could talk, have a cocktail or two, and not think about parking.  We shopped (and shopped!) and had a wonderful lunch at Miguel's.  We stopped at Hotel California to check it out too.  Todos Santos is super cute, but definitely a tourist destination as prices were significantly higher.  Fun day though and I definitely want to go back!

Corey & Melody Visit~May 18-25, 2024

 Corey and Melody came to visit!  They arrived last Saturday and went home yesterday!  We had such a good visit.  

We visited all of our favorite spots...Coromuel Beach, Tecolote Beach, and the Malecon.  We went to the pool, hung out on our roof, chilled in our neighbor's pool, and went out to eat (Tiki Todd's, SeaSide Bar and Grill, and KM14 to name a few).  It was great to catch up and hang out.  The week flew by and we look forward to their next visit.

Our 15th Wedding Anniversary

We celebrated our 15th anniversary yesterday at Sea Side Bar Wine & Grill.  We had salads, dinner, and dessert.  Larry gifted me the most perfect crown diamond earrings and I gifted him some Chanel cologne.  Corey and Melody were here visiting so they were able to take some pictures for us.

We had tentatively planned to renew our vows, but kind of just said our vows to each other during an alone moment.  It ended up being just perfect.

 Larry was hosing off the roof this afternoon while I sat up there to hang out with him.  Ranger immediately jumped up by me.  Then Scout scooted up on the top cushion right next to me.  Then Shadow had to get in on the action.  Ranger and Scout don't care for the water so they figured I was a safe place.  Shadow loves the water, but copies his big brothers.  I quickly handed my phone to Larry to capture the moment.  It was so bright that he couldn't see what he was taking a picture of, but this is what we got!  So cute!  

Drinko de Mayo

 Yesterday, we went to a Beerfest event for Cinco de Mayo at Tiki Todd's.  They had several breweries set up, food booths, and live music.  We found some orange beers that we liked that included gummy sharks, peachos, and gummy worms!  Larry had a shrimp kabob and I had a beef kabob, both were delicious!  We listened to the band Cool Cats and Pol Gaynor.
